Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with images of the product. We will be happy to send you a replacement order or issue a full refund.

Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree to our shipping times. While most orders are delivered within the expected time frames, external factors such as customs inspections may cause delays. If your order exceeds the displayed shipping time by 10 business days, please contact us for a replacement order or a full refund.

Returns

Our return policy is firm due to the customization of certain products. However, we accept returns or exchanges for items that are "not as described" or if the wrong size or color is sent. Customers have 3 days to apply for a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, and there may be a restocking fee. Customized items cannot be returned if they have been altered from standard sizes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

4Less Mattress is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided in the order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery details, including the address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details, for you to investigate further.
